Payment must be paid before treatment
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations/rescheduling after this time frame will result in a $50 charge. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
If you are late for your appointment, the technician will only be able to work within the time remaining, and you will have to schedule another appointment for what you have missed.

Service Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a pre-paid package or membership,
credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments may be used as in-store credit to purchase other treatments or products offered.
Notify the technician if there is any change in the medical history or medication
Next 24 Hours
- You need to stay away from the sun and apply sunscreen to the area.
- No hot steamy showers or baths for 24 hours.
- No lotions or oil on areas that just got treated with the laser for 24 hours.
- No gyms or any activities that will have you sweating for 24 hours.
